Dropped in here on a Saturday afternoon/evening as a party of 10. There were no tables large enough and upstairs wasn't open due to lack of staff. We eventually found space and we're told as it was in the bar area we would have to move because we had a child with us. Staff finally managed to seat us (putting 3 tables together) but 2 of the group felt uncomfortable that people had to squeeze through to get past our table. A couple of the meals came out wrong and the staff were quick to get things sorted. The food was tasty and good portions, but this was not the relaxed end to our day out that everyone had expected.

Nobody serving drinks as only one person serving a long line of food orders. Asked a guy if he could serve and he said there is no one to serve as they are all on lunch. We had waitied 20 minutes and still no drinks. Staff messing about in the kitchen. Toilets flooded and looking disgusting. We drove out to hungry horse wasting petrol too. We will never go there again. This shouldn't get any stars let a lone 1.

I keep giving this place a second chance and each time regret it. I'm not sure how it keeps getting worse but it does. I never thought I would say I'd prefer to eat at McDonald's but now I do. After numerous visits, suddenly the manager says it's against health and safety to serve food near the children's play area in case the waiter or waitress trips or slips. You can take your food there yourself. Oh and children can manage to navigate all the obstacles without tripping out slipping. Pathetic. I've realised children are not welcome here. Oh as for the rest very disappointing, my beer was off and they kindly exchanged it for a cheaper one at no extra charge, service is rather slow and reluctant, staff are a bit curt/rude and the food is ropey reheated microwave fodder.
