This foundation sets the well-being of the animals as its main aim and as such it is well worth visiting.

Unlike other reviews I have seen for Hutsadin, they do still allow elephant rides and there are basketball hoops and painting stations outside. I don't support animals being kept for profit and forced to do circus acts.

Most amazing place ( we took a wrong turn to begin with and ended up in the Hua Hin Elephant Village, awful conditions for the elephants, we soon got out of there and made our way to Hutsadin). We chose not to trek or do the bareback ride as this felt right for us. Instead we had the educational talk and we had the baby (an 8 year old) to be in awe of. We took her for a walk, fed and showered her. Cosy (spelling) and Chris were in no hurry and we felt truly welcomed. We met all the animals and finally made our way after being treated to lunch as well. They are doing a fantastic job in trying to educate the locals in the correct use and the importance of the elephants welfare.
