The service was poor. We were told we would have to wait 30 mins for a table and it was over an hour. The staff at the front were very rude when we asked when our table would be ready. After we finally got to our table, we were waiting over 30 mins for the servers to give us our meat. After waiting this long, we realized they never gave us the green/red piece as well as utensils for the meat. Even when we finally had all of our stuff, the meat servers came very infrequently. The only reason I didn't give this place 1 star was because the food was decent.

We saw one of the server, Darryl, instructed other staff to go around our table. They would circle around our table and go outside seating area. By the the time they get close to our table the meat are all gone. We waited around 10 to 15 mins for small slice of meat, we have to flagged them down to get some food. Food was either over cook or raw!. Our main table server, Julie, she is was really great with drinks. This place is waste off money.

Food was good, service was mediocre, not impressed. DESSERT IS NOT INCLUDED in the full priced buffet. This is the first Brazilian steakhouse I've ever been to where you have to pay extra if you want dessert. It's on a separate menu. The price is too high for what you're getting. We paid $49 per person. We sat outside in the patio (in August) however it got chilli and their heat lamps are currently not working as I was told there is no gas for them. Parking is also $7-$10 if you want valet or general.
