The Cleveland Zoo is fantastic. It's got a great variety of animals. It's well maintained and clean. They host many many events throughout the year which are always great. An annual family membership is beyond a great value if you have small kids or plan to visit more than a couple of times per year.

We were gifted a zoo membership for our son about a year and a half ago and we have loved it! The zoo is such a great place to take the kiddos and let them explore everything. There's something to do all year round and we will be members for a very long time!

One of THE greatest places I have ever worked. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly, caring, and passionate about what they are doing. There is also an amazing volunteer presence. They truly care about the animals, the guests, and spreading conservation messaging to help better the environment and the world as a whole for these beautiful creatures.

The Zoo in winter is an experience. Pro: Not very crowded; Con: no concessions (although-that's also a pro because the kids didn't get to ask for anything!) Staff was helpful. Only thing I missed was that in Jan-Feb the zoo closes at 4 PM, so we didn't quite have as much time as we'd have liked. The new Rosbrough Tiger exhibit is fantastic.
