One of our go to and authentic Italian dinner restaurants in Sarasota. It is a small dining experience with big taste! I love the Chicken Parmesan! Only thing I can say was not so pleasant was the the hot humid temperature inside. We go often and never experienced this. However, would that stop me from going back? Absolutely not. The food is delicious. Great wine selection too. Great for a first date :)

Great food, but don't try to use the offer they email you. You'll have to fight for your $1 off. My waiter told me the manager wanted to see my phone to prove I had a $1 coupon. It was a pretty big ordeal. Two other tables noticed what was happening and started nervously asking the wait staff if their coupons mattered. The manager said the owner makes him do that. Most likely will not be back. Too much competition to try and make them honor their own marketing.

I called in at 4:31 P.M. A women answered the phone and sounded half asleep, I asked her about a special I had seen in an advertisement, she said she had no idea of any specials and that I could discuss it when I came in to pick up my food. I asked her "do you deliver?" She say's that their deliveries don't start until 4:00 P.M. and I would have to wait upwards of an hour after that point. (keep in mind it is 4:30 at this point) I said "Well, it's 4:30 now?" She simply replied "Oh.. Okay..?" Then after an uncomfortable 10 seconds of silence, waiting for her response I got nothing. Told her I was going to call some place else to order food and she quickly replied with a chipper "Okay! Thanks!" and hung up. What kind of people does this place have answering their phones? We had an order totaling well over $75. I would never give my business to a place with customer service like that. I do not expect to be treated like royalty, but simple competence would be just fine.
