I'm loving the deals that they have I usually get the two for five croissan'wich sandwiches. Sometimes there is a long line, but I understand why because this food is so good

I am so beyond angry. If I'm going to spend $10 on coffees, please at the very least LISTEN to the order and STIR the coffee. We ordered 2 Large Iced Mocha Lattes, with sugar, NO whipped cream. What we got were two large cups of iced coffee, whipped cream, and sludge on the bottom of the cups. I took a drink before I realized the state of my coffee and got a large mouthful of grit. The whipped cream was a whatever factor, because at least I'm not allergic to it or anything. But the sludge? I'M NOT OKAY WITH. The guy at the window, once he made us wait 10 minutes before even greeting us, didn't even ask me if I wanted my receipt. He didn't even show us the drinks or have them in the window. He demanded the money, gave me my card back after zipping it through, handed me the drinks and shut the window. I think I'm done with Dunkin for a while, which is kind of sad because I really love the iced lattes and get them frequently. But. Every single time I get them, they're not mixed, or there's no sugar added or there's not enough mocha added or something small and trivial that I let go. But this? Is UNACCEPTABLE. I'm paying you for a service, good coffee, MIXED coffee. Get it together, Dunkin.

Do not bulk order or order catering through this location. Our company has tried twice now, making the orders at least a week out AND calling to confirm the day before. Both times (about a month apart), we arrived in the morning to find *nothing* was made and the crew had no idea there was supposed to be an order. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the crew really worked hard to get everything together quickly despite their obvious frustration and stress from it being the morning rush. We tried to be understanding, as our office is just around the corner and we frequent this location almost daily. If you want a donut and a coffee, go for it, but if you need anything more than that, pick a different location.

Great pick me up breakfast source. Love the egg, beacon and cheese croissant sandwiches. Enough for or one at breakfast and one for lunch.

Certain donuts are not available late at night. There seems to be new staff there all the time. Friendly staff only 1 bad experience that was taken care of by management. Overall is good if you have a DD card

I went through the drive through and couldnt hear a thing the last was saying over the speaker...and they never have donuts at night. I work night shift so this is sad :(

I've came here a few times, a year in between each visit. And still the worst staff I have ever met. Sometimes you got to give him a chance if they change staff but this location should have never opened. They always give you the wrong food and fight with you on how wrong you are. They need new management here. The other Dunkin Donuts on 98th near Walmart is a hundred times better than this location and I've been going there for years.

Clean location. Very friendly staff. Greeted with a smile and had a joke or two to tell! Helpful and patient while waiting on my mom to order and change her mind a few times too! Drinks were made quickly and were wonderful.

It’s 13 people in line & one register open with an older employee who’s slower than a turtle! It took me 21 minuets just to get to the front counter! People are actually waking out! I will never in my life come back here again. My 7 yr. old twins wanted to get up early & come here before school but never again!

It is deeply concerning that this location is more concerned with their business than with injured people. This morning I went to get coffee, however, there was an accident on the side of the building. My car and another car pulled over to help, out of the way of the traffic, and the owner or manager in charge came out and told us, as we were trying to help, that we needed to move our vehicles. I hope whoever this manager is never needs the help of strangers because karma is ugly and the odds of you receiving help are slim to none. You may not care about the three or four dollars that I spend when I go to your establishment, however, my three or four dollars will not be going to this particular establishment again.

Folks don't know how to make an iced coffee. Very greedy with the extra, such as caramel flavoring. Ask for and pay for turbo shot do not receive. Ask for extra ice do not receive. Asked to buy a cup of ice and they would not sell me one. Also, it's a bit hard to understand their English. I know they try, but it doesn't change the fact that they have a very thick accent from India.

Consistency of the coffee is terrible and they owed me a Boston cream donut would not give it to me called me a thief I paid for it didn't receive it went back to get it. The customer is always right. Too many Indians that do not speak English and they wear cheap out of date fingernail polish that can ship off and go in your coffee or on top of a donut like a Sprinkle
