Our friend here recommended Sound Bites, downtown Sedona. My first impression was, Mgr. Sharon, who handled our 'last-minute' reservation with graciousness, understanding and poise. She's "on it" and can do it well! Reserved a patio table so we could watch the full moon rise, spectacular! Our server, Jameson, was prompt, knowledgeable and caring. He was well-informed on all fronts. We enjoyed our meal while listening to a family duo, Robin and Eric Miller = outstanding! Very talented artists and the best selections. We got to meet the owners, Michele and Stephen, with whom we had a fun exchange. They're present, working along with the staff, a real happening place! Great food, great atmosphere and great music!! The music was awesome, food really delicious. The female waitresses were great. The male waiter was not attentive to our table at all. I would go back for the music and the views.

The restaurant itself was clean, has a great staff and ambiance, but I'm giving it 2 stars for the food and prices. I had the lobster Mac and cheese, and it was not good. It was like eating cheesy soup with very little lobster. It also had very little flavor. My fiance had steak (which he said was good) but the mashed potatoes, again, had no flavor. It was a $70 dinner and we were not satisfied. Definitely would not go back.
