Acceptable Portuguese fare....if you know what to order....house wine...by the liter "jarro" is the best buy....would go again...I think it beats a lot of tourist stops on the main drag

This place is hugely popular, especially with locals. It also came recommended. It has a great atmosphere, but for me the food was very average. Nothing wrong, but nothing memorable. If you want a reasonably priced lunch then it's fine. We had Swordfish, Pork fillets and salad. All fine, but not anywhere near as good as we were led to believe. Staff friendly and helpful.
