Good beer but do not visit if you smoke or enjoy cigars. We had a serious issue tonight with a group of older people in the outdoor bar area during a live band that left us confused and uncomfortable to the point where we left. The Menu has a cigar section in which you can order. Before ordering a cigar we asked the bartender if it was ok to smoke the cigars on the back deck. The Bartender stated it was ok as long as the cigars where smoked on the picnic benches along the back wall area. We wanted to relax and watch the live band so after receiving the cigar we moved from the bar to a picnic bench in the back corner of the outdoor seating area. Shortly after lighting our cigar up we were yelled and pointed at by 2 older women who were dancing in front of the live music. Seriously- yelled at. I was confused and walked over to the women to ask what the problem was. The 2 women stated they where allergic to smoke. Being a gentlemen I put the cigar out. I walked backed to the bar and asked the bartender again- "is it ok to smoke cigars that WE ordered off your Menu,"...on the back deck. She again stated "Yes, as long as it is along the back wall area." I explained to the bartender what had happened and she replied saying she could get a manager. There was no need for this as I felt it wasn't really necessary to start a confrontation however this needs to be fixed immediately. Both myself and my girlfriend felt very uncomfortable to the point where we left. At this point I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially younger people or anyone who enjoys smoking cigars.

The food is incredible and comes in incredibly generous portions. Come hungry or prepare to take home leftovers! The staff here is great, very personable and attentive to the small details. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food served, if you want cheap food go elsewhere, but if you want great food and a fun atmosphere, you have found the right place!

The food and service is always wonderful here. Great selection of appetizers, entrees, and deserts. There is only one problem dining at the Munich Haus and that's the accordian player, specifically on Saturday night. This gentleman plays incredibly loud, sings (or a better description would be yells) at customer's tables and simply makes the dining experience painful! The noise level is just unbearable, so don't expect to have conversation until he takes a break, which is as welcome as the food! We love this restaurant except for this overwhelming flaw. My advice is to have dinner during the week. You will enjoy a wonderful meal, great service and a much more pleasurable experience.
