Just get in and get out. Go for the races and the aroma of the gas powered go-karts. That's it. They're used to be a nice restaurant here ran by a kind lady a few years back. Seems the owner cut them out to make room for some lame laser tag to stuff his pockets. The staff lacks in customer service. Seems they're there just to get do the job and get paid. Don't expect anything extra above and beyond even at the slightest bit. They keep telling you to slow down on tracks but with that, why'd they even design the go karts to go that fast in the first place? The owner Jim seems to be doing all this for the money. Not a very approachable guy. Seems like he's a grump and scrooge and has no intentions of providing any sort of great experience.
