Food is ok. Bad service ever. Sign said closed at 10:00 been there 8:45pm. No staff come to ask you. Just look at you and walk away. Well if you closed at 10:00 pm it still got plenty of time to eat. Finally we got a table ordered it and eat a few bite and put in container to take home. Didn't want to bother sitting there. Eftpos is available but charged you 1.6% for credit card payment. Pipi XO sauce is look like come from frozen one not the fresh one. The rest is fine.

Foods are good, but I cannot rate the services because there are no service u can rate it. But than place like that they don’t yell at you is considered a good service.

Food is okay but little bit expensive than other Chinese restaurants. But the service is very very terrible the lady almost poured tea on my lap and she looked at me with a very arrogant way. This is very unprofessional. And when I paid the bill they asked for extra tips. You got to be joking. No way!!!! I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. What a terrible service and I would never ever go back again. Good luck to everyone!!!!!!

I rarely do reviews but the service from Michael (the waiter) was excellent and he made sure everyone at the table and all the waiters kept a smile on their face. He always goes out of his way to help us at our table. I know it is extremely rare to expect good service at a Chinese restaurant but he has completely flipped my perspective on this. I believe this waiter deserves a promotion to be a manager and if the restaurant has a recognition program (in form of tips or employee of the year), he would definitely qualify. He gave me an awesome experience for my birthday and most important of all the food was awesome for dinner!! I hope all staff and waiters strive to be as good as him.
