I've been to 2 locations thus far.. The food is consistent. Authentic superb mexican cuisine! As for the service, the one located on buffalo has amazing customer service. Every staff member was happy and the place had good vibes. Not to mention the cleanliness... Really clean! Now back to the food. Everything I've ordered is amazing. I come from a pretty authentic mexican palate tehehe, I know good mexican food & this place right here is by far the best in las vegas! The beans alone are tasty as hell. Trust me You won't be disappointed!!! My favorite place to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Would I go again? Yes!!! Again and again and again

Best food, the service is awesome, great tamales, omg! And great beef tacos, and chips are great, you get salsa and bean dip at your table.

Amazing place when first opened couple years ago. Blessed with only Mexican food around this area. But seem to have taken advantage of this as of late. Food quality and service have steadily slipped in past year or so. Just ok now.

First time here. Read a couple of bad reviews and I was a bit hesitant to come. But to my surprise, they have excellent service and great food taste. Nate Weeden, the waiter was awesome, very polite. Prices are moderate. Location and decor are very pleasant. The music they play is of good taste.

We had a very large and noisy party. Jose L. and his team handled all 20 of us without a problem. The orders were correct, the service remained friendly, the food was delicious and when it was all over, even though we had asked for separate checks, each check was correct. Great experience!

We love Casa Don Juan. My kids love the beans, the food is better than 99% of other Mexican food places in Vegas. Service can be hit and miss, but the margaritas are fantastic! Great place for kids too. The food and drinks are relatively quick to table and the food does taste pretty fresh and not from a can. We will continue to go and advise others to try it out as well.

Horrible service.... Went because reviews were good. First and last time. First of all waiter had attitude because we ordered soft drinks. Normally I order a drink or two but had my wife with me who had a stroke "No drinking and driving" dinner came out quick, sat and sat trying too get someones attention!!! Suprise No Utensils or Napkins.... Another server brought us what was needed. Ate our entire meal with no sign of our waiter untill he dropped the check No before or After care.... Food was good might as well go to self service you'll get better SERVICE,,, YOURSELF.....

Love Love Love the food if you're eating at the restaurant, however if you order with Grub Hub don't do it. 4x now my order has been wrong, and today the delivery wasn't even what I order. 30 dollars later and the manager of the restaurant for the second time wants to give me a 10 dollar credit. Per Grub Hub it's up to the restaurant to make sure the correct order is being delivered. Only reason why I continue to order is because I love their food and haven't found a place that compares. Super frustrating when you place an order, pay a delivery fee, tip the driver and they can't seem to get it right. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES YOU!!!

Great food and drinks. If you go there early ask to be seated with Jose and Jessica they are great and give service with a smile. We have known Jose for over 18 years and he is a great person. I highly recommend Casa Don Juan if you are looking for a great Mexican restaurant.

You could easily pass this place on your way to the Gambler's Book Store or the Downtown casinos/hotels. Great place though. The food is great, and so is the service. The prices are also very reasonable. Go!

Love this restaurant! Food is so so so good. Always cooked to perfection. Never burned. Good portion sizes. Good variety. Servers are always friendly and attentive. Never have to track down server to get service but also don't feel like they constantly standing over my shoulder waiting for me to leave. Place is always busy at lunch ( which when I go) but never have to wait long. Despite being busy the place isn't loud. Great place.
