Small resort with five ski runs and a snowboard park. Popular despite its size - it's always well-groomed and reasonably priced.

Got to ski for 30 minutes and then the only lift broke down. When told we could not have a refund we asked if we could at least exchange our $80 worth of all day lift tickets for tubing tickets. The lady at the counter once again refused. We then asked to speak with a manager who she said was not there and that he was " trying to fix the lift!" as we turned around we saw the manager of the mountain standing RIGHT BEHIND US! We asked him what we could do for refunds and he played it off and told us to take it up with the Town of Saranac, which we will, and walked away. The skiing there would have been fun for a couple of days but this whole predicament ruined our visit. Overall a fairly disappointing experience.
