Where is the supposed great service? I never get it. Ordered one sandwich with no pickles. Three people and the receipt confirm my order. Get all the way home and have a sandwich with EXTRA pickles. Not just an inconvenience because it'll literally KILL ME to eat any part of the item as it's all soaked in pickle juice. Go all the way back and get a shrug and a "that happens sometimes." No apology, no attempt to make thr customer happy with the experience. Am DONE with this place.

Always amazing service great food. But this last time we asked for a lot of sauce like we always do and she told me they charge for sauce after 8! We got a total of 32 nuggets fries and chicken strips. I said no they never charge me when did this start she said we always have. After arguing with her she reluctantly gave me four more sauces. And then to boot forgot my fries! Not happy this time

Great atmosphere if you dine inside! The staff at this particular Chick-fil-A are always so friendly and attentive. While you are eating they even come by your table to see if there is anything else you need. There are always fresh flowers on the tables and the restaurant and bathrooms are extremely clean. Not to mention the food is great :-)
