Cafe Coffee day is amazing and so is this place. One point deducted for the fact that they don't have washroom inside the outlet.

CCD from time to time gives disappointing experiences that one wouldn't prefer going there again. Untrained staff and indifferent customer care would be how I will define this store. Staff doesn't know how to accept payments through options like PayTM, PhonePe, or any other mode that they advertise all over the stores. Even then, they would make several mistakes in preparing the order leaving you with a poor experience.

I wanted to order regular coffee but I was forced to order king just because swiggy had finished all the regular coffees at 10:55 in the morning. That's the most ridiculous thing I have heard. It pays to order online than come in to the store.

Very pathetic experience compare to other stores. They don't even know how to make a perfect coffee. And the most important thing, their staff has no sense about how to talk with customers. Not value for money and time as well.

Nice place for coffee. Many options of coffee and chocolate drinks. Two floor coffee shop with ample space. Many options of sandwich with Indian spice.

Nice place to hang out, cool breeze outside is a plus. But I changed my 4 star review to a 2 star. Smoking is done by anyone, and there is no specific smoking area. The employees here barely know how to take an order, and the service is extremely delayed. I had to wait an hour for a simple order, after having to wait for half an hour to just place the order in the first place. But their coffee looks nice

Horrible place. If you do not order coffee within minutes of settling down the rude waiters ask you to leave. There were 4 of us for a business meeting. 2 people wanted to order tea/ coffee and the other 2 wanted to order later. The waiter told us that we have to order minimum 4 things. The manager said it's CCD policy. Do not recommend this place.

Good food and a welcoming staff. An unusual scene is to see the employees offer juice and snacks along with the coffee at your tables just in case you change your mode for more snacks. The ambience and seating arrangement is better than most of the CCDs.
