Plan on at least half a day to just see the basic exhibits. This place is huge and has everything from classic paintings by famous western inspired artists to a hands on kids play area. Amazing jewel that should not be overlooked!

It was a stunning and overwhelming experience, you need at least a day to see it all! Thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is interested in art, history, film's, or cowboys in general!

On a Sunday, we arrived at high noon. The staff is friendly and informative. The museum is amazing. The native planted grounds are gorgeous. We were there 4 hours and still saw only half of what we wanted to see. So happy to see child inspired exhibits and things you can touch. I so wanted to take photos...saw one sign stating no. We will go back very soon. Oh...very chilly inside, take a sweater. A must for the bucket list or family outing, or a first date. Thank you Oklahoma and all donors of this project.

Plenty of parking, beautiful exhibits with lots of interactive features. Very friendly staff. Go on Wednesday between August tho November and it's free thanks to Ford motor company in the area. Bathrooms clean. Gift shop prices really high as expected. Eat before you come as $7.50 hotdog is a bit more that you might be interested in paying. Go early to avoid crowds.
