They could not keep up with the pizzas on the lunch buffet. Was having to wait each time. Only one waiter, he was busy & doing his best but couldn't keep up on everyone's refills :/ the same thing happen on my last visit

Never use this location, you will regret it. This Pizza Hut location needs new management. We've ordered here a few times and every single time our food has been extremely late both with take out and delivery. The boneless wings are nothing but crust and I ordered a cookie that literally had no taste, this location is understaffed and highly mismanaged. In addition the staff here are rude, when you walk into the store no one greets you and there is never a cashier at the front desk. The carpet is dirty and foul. We will NOT be ordering anything from this location again.

The service was good. Waiter was nice. But could have been a little more attentive. The pizza was very soft. Wasn't great. Bathrooms were a wreck.i would go back to this location.

Order $70.13 worth of pizza and wings. Ordered pineapple as a topping only to be charged for it and not be on the pizza. Called the store back to inform them of the mistake and to send another one out to correct the order and the delivery driver refused to give us the pizza after the manager told us it was free. Call again and was given a sad excuse as to why our first order was messed up along with being charged for the replacement pizza as well. Sorry professional skills

Took 3 hours on a Wednesday to get my cold old pizza. Said it would take 30 minutes. The manager didn't do anything to compensate the problems or anything. Theres a reason they have 2 stars.. I'll keep going to papa Johns, should have never tried something new or should i say old

I love this Pizza Hut. I ordered ten large for my granddaughters school birthday lunch. They were so helpful and polite and gave me discounts without me asking. They carried the pizzas to my car and even wrote happy birthday on the one that was for her. Insisted on giving me plates and napkins. They went above and beyond. If you had a bad experience, give them another chance. Everyone has a bad day. Thanks to the crew and manager you made this nana very happy.

Received big dinner box in almost 45 minutes from when order was placed. Store is literally 1 miles away. Pizza was cold with everything else I received. They took it back and remade it. Waited almost 2 hours to actually sit down and eat. Dont order from this place bunch of incompetent dumb asses.

They had some issues prior to the new management team that's taken over. I'm glad I never left a review to begin with my first experience! They deliver the food hot in 25 to 35 minutes or whatever the tracker says, my food always tastes fresh, they remember to bring plates and napkins every time and I have friendly drivers now too. It's been like this since February of 2017 and I'm so greatful!!!!

I order from here all the time. The pizza is always good & the stuffed garlic knots are amazing. Wasn't to happy with the cookie. They always send me coupons which turn out to be awesome deals.
