Very nice food and the workers work at a very fast pace. Sometimes the pace is a bit too fast but also nice workers.

Service was extremely friendly and helpful. Serving sizes are large considering pizzas can be ordered in half and full metre size!! Starters are a decent size but a little expensive if yr ordering for one, shd probably share to get value. All meals were absolutely delicious. Considering huge range in age groups of patrons, the music selection could have been more aporopriate if that's of any interest to you. Would visit again.

I went to Via Napoli for the third time with friends last Saturday night and was on the receiving end of what other reviewers have called "the hard sell". First they tried the trick with the expensive mineral water which was picked up in time and sent back. Unfortunately one member of our group then agreed to a "mixed antipasti platter" where the kitchen send out whatever they like. Previously this has worked out OK but this visit they and put a random piece of fatty, grissly pork on one of our two platters. We didn't find out until the bill came that the pork was suckling pig for which we had been charged $100! No warning about it and it what I would call standard for an antipasti platter. Not much you can do after the event but, as another reviewer pointed out, when you're out for a meal with friends you shouldn't have to be on guard. It's also worth noting that each item on the antipasti platter is charged separately rather than an overall total for the whole platter. Just something to be aware of because the price may vary a lot depending on what they send out - which we found out the hard way. We were also charged corkage of $20 for two bottles of wine that were not opened but they were OK to take that off the bill when questioned. Overall the food was OK but definitely not worth the $90 per head that we ended up paying. I won't be dining there again when there are a lot of great pizza places in the area. It's not worth the stress of feeling like someone is constantly trying to take advantage.
