Ordered on two occasions baskets for delivery. The first time they did not deliver and did not call me to inform me. It wasn't till I called 4 days later that I found out. The second time I called the scheduled day of delivery to inquire and Justin (manager) said yes it's been delivered which was strange cause I never got a thank you from the recipient. So I called again later to ask who signed for the package and it turns out they didn't deliver! And again, no one called me to tell me! They gladly took my money though. Very unprofessional. Business is very unorganized. No communication between staff and management is lacking in customer service. Will NEVER order from them again.
