For a supposedly flagship McDonald's store this is a big disappointment that's not the first time I've been to this place actually many times over the years because it's a convenient place for me to wait for my flights but the staff a hit and miss summer excellent summer very bad and that's all over the store the cooking staff sometimes the Barista staff been to many McDonald's over many years and this is a disappointed this door especially the toilet which are utter disgrace you would think the with the money that these franchises may call this company itself they can afford to have decent toilets like the competitors for example Krispy Kremes or KFC R2 to be named as having much better toilet facilities then the golden arches I'm going off McDonald's completely and it's due to their own self destruction and their inability to deliver what they say on their expensive commercials it's basically a place for kids to think that they're getting something special but most of us older folk know better

A relaxing and convenient oasis just outside both Sydney airports complete with surprisingly subdued lighting and free parking! Only 4 stars though, sorry Maccas until you bring the "gourmet "selections up to the standards of " create my taste " !

Shame they lost the fill-your-own soft drink. Playground is hohum. Walked in today and all the kiosks were not operating. Only useful for waiting.

Ordered through menulog, the order was supposed to take an hour to be delivered which was fine. Over 2 hours later and the delivery guy not being able to find our apartment we called and was advised that he had had found where we live. We called twice with no answer and when we called the restaurant to ask what was happening with our order, the employee just hung up on me

Chips were very salty calm down and I received only one unsatisfactory large serving of chips. Myself and my friends ordered and payed for two and the receipt clearly says 2 LARGE CHIPS. We are very disappointed with the service as this is by far the most lazy McDonalds restaurant we have visited in a while. I hope to see some improvement on my next journey into and out of the fabulous city of Sydney.
