Food is great but when you are the only person in the drive thru line and there is no customers in the store and it takes them 15-20 minutes to make your meal it's ridiculous.

Today Wednesday 8 of march at 5:20pm drove to red rooster Guildford after picking up my nephew from school. Upon arrival at the red rooster ordering station i greeted the person on the other end of the intercom and proceed to ask a question. Hi there, quick question do you guys serve popcorn chicken or chicken bites I said (not being familiar with fast food joints as I don't eat fast food and it was for my nephew) She replied no we don't! My reply was okay... sorry to trouble you but do you know where can I get popcorn chicken/chicken bites whatever they're called, as I don't eat fast food and it's for a three year old. Then this person yelled out with the most unattractive uneducated voice" what do you think? I was left speechless. I work in retail and If one of my staff spoke to a customer in that manner she be out the door the very next minute. So I drove to the window and this person was hiding. So I beeped my horn she approached the window with food in her mouth chewing like she was on a fast for past 12 hours. Was that you on the intercom? I asked. She replied yeah bra My question was Is that how you talk to the customers? Then she started to talk as I couldn't understand her because of the way she was chewing on food and talk at the same time. Mind you few bits of fish flew out of her mouth. Dear lord. Very unprofessional and unattractive scene so I just decided to drive off. Never been to this place and never will I every drive in. Was going to make purchase anyway regardless of have chicken bites or not Substitute would've done the job. surprisely only took this girl 10 seconds to turn me off from making a purchase. Well done manager much be proud.
