This is the single best experience I've had at any food establishment. The, who I presume to be, owner welcomed my friends and I in and immediately began to talk with us on a personable level. He described his ingredients and we tried each one before making a decision on which we wanted on our panini's. You'd be doing yourself a disservice to not visit this place.

This was recommended by a friend from the US so we decided to give it a try. Very convenient and a whole lot of fun. We were pleasantly greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Others have already described the tasting/sampling of the available meats and cheeses which were frankly all delicious and apparently local to the region. You top it off with items such as arugula, roasted red peppers, and sun dried tomatoes. Both of purchased paninos were very tasty and we finished with a large bottle of beer. This is truly a great place!
