They have restrooms that are decent. No trash cans anywhere. You get a bag to put your trash in and take with you out the park. The falls are worth the medium intensity hike! Love.

It's a very beautiful Park for parties, picnics or to have a family reunion. It has a gorgeous scenery with lots of trees and Greenland for relaxing with a blanket, there's a grill for your outdoors chef as well as a water supply. Bathrooms are available and there's tons of parking spaces, an awesome place to have fun with family and friends and all for a small fee.

Nice place to camp while exploring Baltimore. Wooded, quiet, shady campsites off RT. 40, many with electricity. RVers note the westbound park entrance has a tunnel with a 11'1" low point, that you must go through if you are coming from Baltimore. If your rig is taller, go past the entrance and turn around at a shopping center/light to come in the eastbound entrance. Call park for further directions and alternate routing.

For me this was a best kept secret. I took my family for a walk through this huge state park. The park was clean, the scenery was beautiful, and the trails were visible. We even stumbled across a waterfall. There was a cooking area and a play area for children. I would definitely visit again and take my family and friends. I highly recommend. Oh and it was free for military.
