Me and my girlfriend were having our anniversary dinner there. We ordered a full beef rack and were very looking forward to it. When the food came, it looks pretty dark and seems to be overcooked. I called the staff over and told them about this. Alex, the duty manager, came over and tried to understand the situation. She resolved the problem within a minute and decided to serve a new order for us and promise that it will be perfectly cooked. As she said, the new rack is awesome, the staff were polite and understanding. They were able to handle the situation in a simple and straightforward manner. I would rate 5 Star for their customer service and food. Excellent.

You get the usual awesome Hurricanes offerings in a nice newish food court. It's usually not as busy as Darling Harbor so you have a good chance at getting a table without a booking, even in peak hour. Steaks are great as usual, good drinks list and all at a decent price. Wait staff were attentive and helpful. Can't ask for much more!
