Shocking experience .Booked for 30+ guests and were seated by 5.30pm and had pre ordered the food .The entrees were served at 7.30pm. Other diners that had not booked were seated after us and had already finished their meals before we started . Total lack of respect with no service. Asked for service a number of times but was totally brushed off. When meals came they were just thrown down .The black pepper fillet steak, Mongolian lamb and the satay chicken all had an abundance of onion . Lived in Hornsby for 30+ years and have never had such terrible food and service. Really embarrassed to have organised such a venue. Think twice before planning to go there or be extremely patient . Not one of us will be back.
