I love thrifty car rental. The one at John Glenn Columbus international airport is by far the best one I've ever rented at. The employees are amazing. Hard working, friendly and always smiling. Jim and Asia are exceptional employees. They go the extra mile to make sure your rental experience is over the top. I appreciate Thrifty's being so convient with shuttle service and easy access for local rentals. Thanks Theifty I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I liked this place because they had both national and international flights.It was never to busy and in the security line, it went pretty fast.I've never had any problems there.They keep good track of your luggage, so it almost never gets lost.I'd pick this airport over any others in Ohio.
