The staff here and especially Mary Cashier goes above and beyond what anyone would expect. I did not get the customs stamp at the airport and did not know that if the global blue office is closed there is another office I could go to get the stamp for my VAT refund. After I arrived back in Canada I emailed Prada. Mary Cashier was prompt in replying to my emails and contacted Global Blue for me to work this all out so that I could get my refund. She sent me a document outlining the exact steps I needed to do to get my refund. I greatly appreciate all the work she put into helping me get this refund. Thank you so much! - Shawn
