Restaurant looked very nice. Great value as always. Chicken and bun seemed a bit overcooked/toasted. They must have been training people that night because we sat there for 20 minutes with empty plates and had to flag someone down before we got the dessert menu. Staff were walking past us every few minutes though. Would give the service 3 stars.

My daughter wanted to have her birthday lunch at Rashays, Penrith. Service was excellent and included a chorus of Happy Birthday from our waiters... and they don’t mind that my 19 year old daughter orders chicken nuggets.

Partner and I came on a quiet Wednesday Night. Ordered a plate of wedges to start with and then ordered our mains a couple of minutes after. The staff forgot to put our wedges through and the mains came out, told the waitress we never received the starter and was told they'll put it through now and that it'd take 6 minutes. Manager came out to ask how the meals were and I told her we were never received the wedges and we don't want them anymore. Obviously the manager and wait staff do not communicate as the waitress brought the wedges over in the next couple of minutes. A second waitress came by a few minutes later and asked how the meals were (again) and I told her we told the manager we no longer wanted the wedges as they were forgotten originally. Staff were polite but disappointed by lack of communication between staff and that part of what we ordered didn't arrive when it was meant to. $106 spent on a disappointing meal. Don't bother coming, if they can't get the order right on a quiet night, they have no hopes on a busy weekend.

Came in fathers day morning for my hubby and kids. Food and drink came out at a suitable time and all entrees were great... could not fault the service from waiter Zach and also the young lady named Brooke who was also checking on us at one point and was great will b coming back..
