Very pleasant local botanical garden. My most enjoyable activity in 4 days in Freeport, after disembarking from a liveaboard dive boat / swim with dolphins. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is that it is obviously a bit worn, from hurricanes and funding challenges. I suppose that even if it were not worn, it would not be as fancy as, say, Kew Gardens. But nevertheless: I long ago realized that I enjoyed visiting botanical gardens more than many other tourist activities. And I very much enjoyed the Rand Nature Center. My 15 year old daughter prowled around, identifying and photographing plants.
