I was thoroughly impressed with this whole set up. When my party of 5 arrived we checked in quickly and had only about a 15 min wait (around noon on a Saturday) before we were called. Things went smoothly and everyone we dealt with was very friendly. Overall we had a great experience and can't wait to go again!

Great place to bring your friends/family to just hang out and relax on the river! For only 10$ they provide everything for you and a shuttle to and from the river. Easily a relaxing and inexpensive way to enjoy the summer. Definitely coming back before the summer ends!

The whole experience is fun but beware of the cold water. The management is negligent to inform you about the water temperature when you are buying the tickets. The bus driver mentioned it when we got to the river bank. If I knew the water was going to be only 52 degrees I would have rented the solid bottom tube instead of the open one. I think they worry about not selling tickets if they tell you ahead. But this is irresponsible. In retrospective I was glad they cancelled our 4 hour tour cause 2 hours is more than enough in the cold water. And it was 95. We were burning on top and freezing on bottom.

First of all, we had the best time here! We went with our baseball family and we had a blast. The entire staff was very accommodating to us and our group from Florida. Secondly, somehow I lost my keys. Totally my fault, as they do keep keys for everyone in the office. While waiting for a locksmith, Dawn and Kay came to my rescue! They brought us drinks and snacks. They even spoke to the owner of the locksmith company to get me a deal (I guess other people lose their keys as well, a little consolation). If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would!!

This place is a must for the summer!!! So, for my birthday I wanted to try something different and slightly adventure. My boyfriend and I had a very peaceful and relaxing time flowing down the river. The price is amazing only $10 and a $1 river fee for 2 hours and 2 hours is plenty. The staff is fun and professional but you MUST PAY ATTENTION!!!!!!!! It's very easy to miss important information. DON'T MISS YOUR EXIT POINT. Once you notice it coming up about 300 ft. ahead of you start working your way over to the bank/shore. The river can change your course slightly and that's enough to make you pass your exit point (we almost did). Don't be a hero wear your life vest if you are not a GREAT SWIMMER. This is a RIVER not a pool!!!!!Pay attention, be safe, have fun and have a BLAST!!!!!
