Horrific customer service from the manager with pink hair she was rude and not willing to except responsibility for her staffs mistakes not only would she not address the issue but she told me I had to stand back in line (15ppl at least) and wait to be served again in order for them to get my order right this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any Tim Hortons in Ontario thankfully there is another location in town that treats ppl right

First time I was in this location, there was a new employee, clearly working their first or second shift. Their trainer was berating them for absolutely everything, even though the new hire was the most polite person there, and was clearly trying their very best. I didn't return for quite some time because I was so put off by their treatment of this person. Went by today and ordered a wrap in the drive-through. The order taker was SO rude, told me to "slow down" (I guess I was ordering quickly, but there was no need to be rude). They didn't have what I wanted, so I ordered another sandwich, then when I got to the window, they didn't have the side I ordered either. This was at noon, so lunch time. Very unprepared, and very rude staff.

Such rude staff/ haven't been to Tim Hortons in a while ... I apologize I didn't know you didn't have Swiss cheese anymore? To the girl that shouted back in the speaker rhyming off the types of cheeses offered (different from the girl that was taking my order) Merry Christmas and I'm sorry you're so frustrated. To Kris, who handed me my sandwich and couldnt even fake a smile or say have a good day back. Merry Christmas, I'm sorry you're so unhappy. Kindness goes a long way people! Sprinkle it around. It's one of the most wonderful times of year. God bless!
