Chef Hiro is very thoughtful and skillful - making this experience unique. The omakase is a great experience and it focuses on the real Japanese food (the right amount of seafood to the right amount of rice - as it should be). The variety of sushis served was fantastic (easily more than 10) and he would always mention where it was from or how it was prepared. We engaged in a very good conversation and he would always ask someone to bring more tea when my cup was empty - being a fantastic host. I would definitely come back again for another pleasant dinner!

Excellent sushi even for a non sushi lover like myself! I would like to go back and eat at the bar where you need to take your shoes off...
