A wonderful place that preserves and cultivates Maori culture and native New Zealand flora/fauna. Tour company packed a lot in for the almost couple of hours allotted, but needed more time. Our Maori guide Carol was fantastic!

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to know more about Maori culture. The tour guide, Paul is knowledgable and also funny. Never miss the guided tour. The Maori show makes me feel at home as I can see the resemblance to one of my country's tribe, Batak. I like the singing the most as the performer has a powerful and harmonious vocal composition. The Maori Village provides too little information. Ladies, don't forget to stop by the gift shop. They sell Rotorua Mud Mask and many other NZ unique skin care such as honey skin care or bee wax balm.
