An extremely disappointing experience at the Cortile Lounge High Tea last Saturday that left a bitter rather than sweet taste! It was mum's 87th birthday and her 12 year old grandson joined us. I was really disappointed and astounded when the bill for $195.00 was presented!! No alcohol was consumed and the only additional purchase made was two small glasses of fruit juice. When I queried the bill our waiter informed us that fruit juice was costed at a similar price to alcohol. This meant that two glasses of juice cost $30!! No follow up from the manager - despite two phone call regarding this query. Better service and value elsewhere.

Had to wait 10 min for a table even though we had a booking. Paid $45 drinks package for 2 teas. Service not great. Dirty floors. Food was lovely however.
