Been a few times now - food nice, service great if you get someone experienced. Obviously need to provide a bit more training. Just the little things let it down. Salad and extras left on plate even though we asked for none... twice (hate waste!). No wipes/finger bowl after chicken wings starter/ribs; we were told we could use the toilets! Had to wait for steak knives and no tooth picks. I asked for a root beer. Unfortunately the syrup mix had run out and needed replacing (which is fine!). I advised the waitress and she replaced it with exactly the same because "she didn't know what it was supposed to taste like"!!
