I have had interactions with very pleasant staff, however on two separate occasions I have had my order wrong. The latest time it was just one item and it was still wrong. Drove home before noticing, had to come back and although there was a shift leader (blonde, young lady) there who heard what had happened, neither she or any of the other staff came to apologise, it was treated like something normal. It was odd, because every time I order, I get handed a receipt with my order, this was the first time I was asked if I needed it, so I can only assume that the lad noticed it was wrong, but decided to pass it along anyway and hoped I'd not complain.

Got to the end of my order and then it flashed up that the card machine wasn't working so had to re-enter it all again. Was quick once order was processed though.
