Chicken Caesar salad was very poor which my wife received today. The chicken looked pinkish and aesthetically it looked poor and thrown together unlike Heswall restaurant we usually go to. Waitress was very good and understood the issue and it dealt with it very well hence the 2 stars, otherwise it would have been definite 1

Called for something on the 6/4/07 approx 1730 to find the restaurant quite busy. We made our order but when the food arrived my own pizza, it's the new one that has chicken and corn wasn't to my liking. Casey our table server came straight over and offered to change my order, which I did. As I work in a similar industry I found her customer service and professionalism a credit to not only your company but to herself. She was outstanding at her job!
