We had a party of 5. 3 people ordered the New York Strip. Flavor was great, but 2 of the 3 steaks were tough, fatty And grisly. I expect this at a Waffle House when I order steak and eggs, but at $70 a steak this was unacceptable. Atmosphere was great, but good quality and value are 1 star.

My boyfriend loves dry aged steaks. I typically don't like dried aged steaks because of the funky blue cheese flavor. But the 240 day dry age bone in rib eye was amazing. Lance is the best and knows everything
