I’m from Chicago and I was extremely happy to see that giordanos decided to branch towards the west like I did. However, the quality did not seem to follow. I have eaten here three times now because despite the quality, the crust reminds me so much like home. The first time, I had a lunch combo of deep dish pizza with Parmesan fries. The pizza crust was good but the pie itself was way too thin and with hardly any sauce. The second time, I bought a large thin crust pepperoni pizza that was in the oven a little too long and left a burned crust after taste. It seems like they still can not calibrate the right amount of sauce either. The third time, I tried their lunch combo again and let’s just say the fries are the highlight in the combo. Not sure why the lunch combos are that way. Maybe they allow the personal pizzas to sit around for a bit too long?! Moving forward, might just stick with the thin crust and check that it isn’t burned.

This is the best pizza I have ever had. Honestly the cheese level is off the charts. I've also had it in Chicago and they stick true to the original taste. It tastes 99% as good! Only wish there was a location closer to me. Well worth the drive and price though!

First time here... awesome experience. Very welcoming as soon as you walk in. Love their pie style pizza, tons of cheese... amazing! Kids loved the kids meal "pasghetti". Definitely coming back.

The one I had at this location had about 30% less toppings than it should. You can see how the crust collapsed in. Fortunately, the taste was still there. I'm hoping they correct by my next visit, because I love pizza pie! Our server was friendly and attentive.

Extremely busy. The deep dish was good, but not quite as good as in Chicago....the crust wasn’t quite the same. Service was poor. Too busy. Had a hard time getting drinks and silverware at first. Service got better (more attentive) after food was served. Would go back to try again.
