The management at this place is so bad. You have an entire lobby of people waiting and empty tables everywhere. They told us they couldn’t double seat their servers or we would have a back experience. I’m pretty sure sitting with a drink in my hand at a table would have been a better experience than standing and watching Emory tables. Seriously every time we come here it’s the same thing. We keep coming back but our expectations for this place are really low so as long as your ok with subpar service you’ll be good.

My family and I have been coming to this location forever. Today was so disappointing, we sat down and ordered right away.. 30 minutes went by and our food still hadn’t came out so I asked the bartender why our food hadn’t came out because the table that sat down after us got their food before us. The manager then came out and told us the reason our food hadn’t came out yet was because they ran out of sweet potatoe fries and just held the order because they didn’t inform us that they were out, so I then had to ask the manager what was the solution because instead of saying he’ll cover our bill or bring out are food he chose to just stare at me. I couldn’t believe the service I received today after as many times I’ve been to this location huge disappointment

They keep raising their prices and frankly I don’t think the food is worth it. Portions are small and food is only okay. It’s only worth going if you’re a part of their membership so that you get free items and deals. Our server Rob was very friendly and welcoming as well as knowledgeable on the restaurant’s regulations and menu. Definitely recommend having him!

Ate here 2x. First time I don't remember, second time a horrible experience. Place was empty, however the wait for appetizers was at least 20-25 minutes. UNREAL. Waitress had to be flagged down. Fries brought out for the kids were lukewarm, some old and dry. So I complained to the manager, about the service and the food. He apologized and explained his staff was short and his best cook went home..(whatever). And brought out fresh fries. It was just a terrible night there. I can't go back
