OMG the chili is great. This was the first time I tried the chili. I usually get steaks or hamburgers but the chili was recommended to me and now I'm hooked. The bartenders were also very pretty and very good servers.

My meal was going absolutely perfect. A nice, juicy steak with some fries. That is how I do it. I am a simple man. I am also a simple man (and also an angry man) when I start to see unexpected friends (cockroaches) show up at my dinner table. Roaches were crawling across my table. Roaches were in my salad bowl. I tossed my steak across the table and I left. Never coming back.

We went for our anniversary dinner on a Tuesday and wanted to go early so we wouldn't have a wait. We were there right when they opened at 4pm and we were happy to learn that they have dinner specials from 4-6pm during the week. My husband even told me he thought they undercharged us when he saw the check. I had the bbq chicken for $8.99 with corn and mashed potatoes which was good. But let's be honest, we all go for the rolls! This was my first time visiting this location and I was pleasantly surprised that they had sweet tea on the menu! We will definitely return.

Absolutely poor customer service. The food was very good as it usually is so I give them a rating of 2. Servers were completely un-attentive and did not make me feel like a valued customer. They never came to check up on me to refill my drink, ask how my food was or see if I wanted anything else. I had to prompt the server for the check in which I waited for quite some time before they finally realized. I was patient with them through the whole experience. On the way to the entrance, I asked for the manager and explained to her everything posted here. She thanked me for the feedback and offered to get me something. Here is the thing. I don't want something free for the blatant lack of customer service. I am telling the manager so they can take prompt action to correct behaviors. I don't want to experience that poor customer service again in an establishment that I've come to many times for years.

I'm love prime rib and TR serves it up well. I went last week with a friend as I was in the mood for a country fried steak. It was peak dinner time and I was pleasantly surprised we were able to get seated quickly. It's always a hit or miss thing. Nothing they can be knocked for. If the food is good, they will come. The service was spotty this night though. I ended up waiting for a refill even as the waitress came by a 2nd time to realize she forgot about it. We had the appetizer combo and it must of been sitting for a while as it was cooled down a bit. I was disappointed in that. The country fried steak was good. Everything on the main course was good. This night wasn't their best night, but it wasn't bad that I would not want to dine there anymore.
