Great quick visit to this magnificent cathedral. Free to sit and relax for a few minutes and we even had an organist play a recital while we were there.

no entrance fee is charged. the place where many holy roman emperors were crowned, detailed statues above their tombs. amazing acoustics with large echo (7seconds). a friendly nun helped me guard my surfboard and backpack at the entrance area. many old people visitors. very high ceiling. really worth a visit. combined with a stroll through the old city, the park nearby or the technical museum speyer.
