Entered store for a quick meal on Saturday 29 1.30. Only customer there but still took 5min to be served. Ordered my meal & waited & waited. 3 more customers entered store & placed order. I'm still waiting when they say order is ready. Silly me assumed it was mine but no was other people's order. Waiting another couple of minutes before order is given to me with no opology at all. Regular customer very disappointed.

Usually have no troubles with this red rooster, but just went through driveway and got a meal, I ordered no tomato or mayo on my burger and I got mayo and tomato on my burger... Annoyed I paid for it and now can't eat it...

Order from here all the time ... had some chips that were not the best the last time. I let the the onwer know she was very caring and took my feed back on with a smile she said thank you for letting her know!! In no way would it stop us from ordering there the staff are lovely and the foods is spot on !!! Been back twice since and the chippys are yummy as ever ♡♡♡ Thanks guys
