the service here was amazing. there were 2 new workers on the night we went. they were stuggling because it was quite busy. but the manager came along and showed them what to do with detail. without yelling. the employees were getting much better. because we were the last customers. the manager gave me 2 free cookies. this is the kind of thing that gets customers to come back. i would recommend this place to anyone

I've had quite a few instances of poor customer service with this store. I regularly ask for avocado in my sub but often don't get it. I initially chalked this up to it being busy, the staff member not hearing me or me speaking too quickly. I've tried speaking slowly on quiet days and still end up with no avocado and then not being able to put it on without pulling off the rest of my salad. Today I came into the store to get a sandwich, walked up to order but was told to wait by the lady serving me because someone who had been looking in the fridges was "here first." So rather than take an order you'd rather hold the line up for the person who had been staring into the fridges and trying to decide what they wanted. Edit: Just to clarify they were nowhere near the spot to order, while I was. I don't think I'm going to bother next time. It's location is pretty convenient but not getting served or getting the wrong sub isn't worth it to me.

Being close to my house. Come for shopping and have my food over here Take away is noce one Have the long sanwitches. Like to have more vege items only. Chips are also good.
