Never have I or my friends experience such horrible service . Not the experience we were expecting at all. I am not going to name names here but one particular staff member was so rude to my group of friends. You have no idea how to deal with a large booking and how dare you accuse my friends of not buying enough drinks and that my group of friends are more suited to go to a pub instead. Disgraceful . Maybe you just had a bad day and took it out on us.. But I doubt it. Thank you for ruining what could have been a great experience...with 16 disappointed customers... With word of mouth, we can recommend other people not to go. Food was nice but it was your service that left a bad taste in our mouths .
