Gave this place two chances, left disapointed each time. First time we ordered dinner, one tofu stew and bibimbap- bibimbap came out in 10 minutes, the stew in 40! It was an excruciating wait, waitresses would turn to check on the surrounding tables but would pass by avoiding eye contact with ours- and when the stew finally came out the waitress didnt even acknowledge the wait. Second time around, they seated us and a waitress took our order for dessert somewhat hesitantly and manage to misunderstand our simple order. We were then approached 10 minutes later by other waitor who told us that he couldnt put through our order because "it gets too busy on the weekends", despite us being seated next to 3 empty tables. We ordered one portion of shaved ice! We wouldve spent a total of 15 minutes max at the restaurant- there was no need to turn away seated paying customers. Lousy, lousy effort.
