Rated a 5 for excellence in customer service. There are so many places in Vegas for great food and the food here is definitely excellent but what sets it apart, for me, was their customer service experience. My shrimp empanadas were cd in the middle and immediately a manager was sent over to see what I wanted to do to rectify. I ordered another meal instead and it was all comped off my bill. My waitess was a very friendly young woman named Kelsey who I really enjoyed talking to and as I was eating alone, her company made my lunch very pleasant. Nicely done Paradise Cafe. I'll be back!
Had some cocktails and some appetizers. no problem the first time, but second time they burnt up all the pita chips, but otherwise Very comfortable setting and quicker service than the bare bar ! Could be 4 to 5 star if chef watches dishes that goes out !
