Good service, not so good food. Burger was cold, the onion rings didn't taste at all. There are much better places

A place so nice, I tried it twice. After devouring the BCB (Bacon Cheeseburger), fries, a Salted Caramel Shake, AND a basket of fried pickles, I returned the next day to take on the CRC (Chicken Royal Club), curly fries, and an Irish Coffee Shake. Service was friendly, fast, and attentive, and the food was amazing. Hope to be back soon, though I may need to drop a few pounds first.

Just had a meal here. I'm a gluten free customer. The burgers are gluten free so we decided to try this restaurant because the hostess said I could have a lettuce wrapped burger. However, when it came time to order the waitress said no lettuce wrap available, because the burger is too big but they could put my burger on lettuce. Strike 1. No lettuce under my burger. Strike 2. My "KIK" burger came with flour coated deep fried onions! So the waitress didn't remember that. So they took it away only after I had to ask if these onions had flour on them. Strike 3. They brought my burger back with a plate full of jalapeno peppers to replace the onion! I don't mind a few but not half a plate full of jalapeno peppers! Strike 4. I still paid the same price for my burger even though the bun and onions were taken away! They could have at least offered me something free like dessert or something! On the positive side, the burger did taste descent as did the glass of cab sav red wine.
