I planned this gondola ride about 3 weeks in advance. I let the representative know that I will be proposing and they said they would make sure the gondolier would have it under the notes on the account. So I called the 2nd time about 2 weeks prior to date to double check, confirm appointment and make sure the notes for the proposal was on my account. I wanted to make sure nothing went wrong with my proposal so just to make sure I called about 2 days prior and got a manager and she assured me that there would be no problem and they do proposals all the time. So we go on the gondola and about 40 minutes pass at this point I feel like this gondolier doesn't know. So I ask where we can take a picture and he says anywhere at that point I knew he didn't know about the proposal. So then I ask him with a wink are you sure can you pick a nice area so he gets the point and takes me somewhere I propose and she says yes! The bad thing is even though I called 3 times to confirm they still couldn't get it right. My recommendation is call them the same day play it safe. Even though we have a great memory here idk if we'll ever return.

Thank you Gondola Company for an OUTSTANDING Valentine's Day cruise! My husband and I planned this cruise as a Valentine's Day family outing for ourselves, and as a gift for our 10 year old daughter and my Mother-in-law who was visiting. Everything about our gondola ride was just perfect!!! Columbo, our Gondolier, even sang to us...how sweet!!! He has such an amazing voice!! Words can't explain how pleased we are with how well everything turned out. The scenery, the weather, the ocean views were all stunning! You can never go wrong in beautiful Southern California! This was an experience my family will never forget! Thank you all so much! -The Kellman Family

Very good!!! Took my GF here on new years, had wine and singing, great date!!
