This is the third time we’ve come to this restaurant and I’m sad to say after this visit I will never return. To start, we were met with hostility when we arrived at 10pm (the restaurant didn’t close until 10:30pm). After seating us we asked the waiter if shrimp on a pizza was genuinely good and his behavior suggested that it was unacceptable to ask questions about the food. Then after clarifying that we wanted chicken on our salad and that we wanted the fajita shrimp pizza, both orders came out wrong. The salad with no chicken I could handle, but the wrong pizza? I went to tell the woman at the front because our waiter has just made a huge mess in the back and splashed soda on my boyfriend. Her response was “what do you want me to do about it?” I told her I just wanted her to know that everything we’d ordered (bar the drinks) had come out wrong. Another woman behind the counter quickly said they’d waive the salad. I go back to the table, appetite ruined and ask for a box. The waiter was obviously pissed they waived the salad. In the end we paid $45 for a horrible dining experience and I will never make this mistake again.

Extremely incompetent employees who can't get a simple order correct. I asked for an order of Stuffed Shells and a Cesar Salad they could not get it right and when I made the order over the phone I was very clear in letting them know that I wanted a CESAR SALAD and that I did not mind paying extra. When I go pick up the order once again for the second time they get it wrong. Then the woman taking care of me has the nerve to tell me she's been working there for 7 years and that she knew how to take my order!!! If she's been working there 7 years and employees there still can't take an order correctly she not saying very much for herself and her training skills!! She indeed is lacking within her professionalism!!! Then she tried to tell me how I should make my order so that the little incompetent employees could understand what I was ordering. I just moved to Alhambra 3 months ago and I was going to them at least 2 times a week or ordering over the phone for take out. Italian food is by far my favorite and they just don't know the customer they just lost and I do tip well. Lucky for me we have fine dinning close by like Angelo's Italian Restaurant 1540 Valley Blvd, Alhambra, Ca Adios Vittoria Pizza!!!
